[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Jinju City Urban Regeneration Support Center in Gyeongnam signed a business agreement on the 14th at 2 p.m. with Seogyeong Broadcasting to establish a cooperative network for the sustainable promotion of urban regeneration revitalization and New Deal projects.
Through this business agreement, both organizations agreed to mutually cooperate in planning and operating urban regeneration-related programs, exchanging human resources for regional regeneration revitalization, and contributing to social value creation activities.
The city is promoting urban regeneration projects to improve the alley commercial districts and residential environment of the old downtown and to revitalize the community. This business agreement is expected to lead to progressive urban regeneration projects.
Center Director Kim Young said, “The participation of the local broadcasting station in urban regeneration projects is expected to contribute to solving local issues as a coexisting partner, as well as promoting urban regeneration projects through various content and discovering creative ideas to address community problems.”
