[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] Motorola Solutions announced on the 14th that it has launched the smartphone-type LTE walkie-talkie 'Evolve'.
Evolve supports voice communication through a PTT button like a walkie-talkie. At the same time, it provides the flexibility to utilize data applications that enhance productivity. It can use LMR (Land Mobile Radio) networks, LTE networks, and Wi-Fi networks, enabling various teams that require collaboration to communicate and cooperate regardless of the communication network.
Evolve allows access to open applications through an intuitive Android platform-based user interface. It can integrate and simplify device management, automate workflows, and support immediate access to desired information even while on the move. It also offers dedicated channel control functions, a push-to-talk (PTT) button, and an emergency button that can be used in urgent situations.
