'Hanwha Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase' 157 Households for Sale in June
Hanwha Construction announced on the 8th that it will sell apartments called 'Hanwha Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase,' which are being reconstructed in the area of 359-1 Deokcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Busan (Deokcheon 2 District).
Located right next to the 1st phase complex, which was fully contracted within four days last year, Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground, with 795 households having exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. The general sale units total 157 households, broken down by exclusive area as △59㎡ 64 households △74㎡ 93 households.
Forena Busan Deokcheon’s biggest advantage is that it is a large-scale brand town and a super-station area complex. Including the 1st phase with 636 households and the 3rd phase complex that will be built next to the 2nd phase, it will form a large complex with a total of 1,860 households.
Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase is located in the ultra-station area of Sukdeung Station on Busan Subway Line 3. From Sukdeung Station, residents can transfer to Line 2 at Deokcheon Station, which is one stop away, and at Gupo Station, one more stop away, they can access the KTX, providing excellent transportation convenience.
The deep underground urban expressway connecting Mandeok near the complex to Haeundae Centum is scheduled for completion in 2024, and the opening of the 3rd Mandeok Tunnel connecting Geoje-dong, Yeonje-gu next year is expected to further improve traffic conditions by dispersing traffic volume.
The location, which is a rare flatland area in Busan, is also considered an advantage. Compared to apartments located on slopes, it is favorable for securing sunlight rights and convenient for moving around the complex. Flatland apartments in Busan tend to have relatively higher market prices.
Nearby facilities within a 1km radius of the complex include NewCore Outlet, Mega Mart, Hanaro Mart, and Bumin Hospital, and elementary, middle, and high schools such as Deokseong Elementary, Deokcheon Middle, Deokcheon Girls’ Middle, and Nakdong High School are within walking distance.
Additionally, Sukdeung Park, Deoknae Park, Namsanjeong Park, Nakdong River Hwamyung Ecological Park, as well as Geumjeongsan and Baekyangsan mountains are not far from the complex. The Culture Ice Rink Center, a complex facility combining sports and cultural facilities, is also nearby.
Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase arranges apartment buildings mainly facing south, with parks, children’s playgrounds, and resident exercise facilities created in the center of the complex. Neighborhood commercial facilities will be arranged along the main road to enhance the convenience of residents’ daily lives.
