National Route 17 between Yeosu and Suncheon, 'Fully Closed from the 7th'
From June 7 to 11, the Suncheon-bound (upbound) direction and from June 14 to 18, the Yeosu-bound (downbound) direction
Use the old national road from Deokyang Intersection to Yulchon Intersection during the control period
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Sim Kyung-taek] The exclusive automobile road (National Route 17) between Yeosu and Suncheon in Jeollanam-do will be completely closed to vehicles on weekdays for two weeks starting from the 7th.
This construction is being promoted by the Suncheon National Land Management Office, and due to the repair of five bridges located on the road between Yeosu and Suncheon, a total of 11 km from Deokyang Interchange to Yulchon Interchange will be fully closed.
The repair work will simultaneously carry out paving work on the five bridges, and to prevent traffic accidents caused by the construction and to expedite the work, traffic will inevitably be fully closed for two weeks.
To minimize inconvenience to vehicle users during the closure period, the closure will be divided between the up and down lines: the up line (towards Suncheon) will be closed from June 7 to 11 (5 days), and the down line (towards Yeosu) will be closed from June 14 to 18 (5 days).
