Eunpyeong-gu, Recruiting Temporary Workers for Young Designers
For Design Graduates Aged 19 to 39... Final Successful Candidates to Handle Public Design Development Work for 4 Months Starting July
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that it will promote the 'Youth Designer Development Environment Improvement Project,' which provides job opportunities in their major fields to young designers struggling to find employment due to COVID-19.
The target candidates are design-related graduates aged 19 to 39, who will be hired through a first-round document screening and a second-round interview.
The final successful candidates will be responsible for public design development work for four months starting in July, and the developed designs will be produced and installed after expert consultation.
Additionally, to foster long-term youth designer development, an activity book documenting the project process will be published.
Through this project, young designers will gain experience and build careers by participating in public design development, while Eunpyeong-gu plans to adopt creative and strategic designs to revitalize the urban area.
Priority will be given to residents of Eunpyeong-gu, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, workers will perform their duties remotely.
The recruitment period is from June 1 to June 11, and detailed information can be found on the Eunpyeong-gu Office website.
