Coupang Introduces Vaccine Leave System... "Paid Leave Provided to All Employees"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Coupang announced on the 2nd that it will provide paid leave to all employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Vaccine leave is granted for one day on the day of the 1st and 2nd doses, and if adverse symptoms occur after vaccination, an additional two days per dose can be used.
Vaccine leave is supported when employees make their own reservations for their vaccination appointments. It is paid leave that does not consume personal annual leave and applies to all regular on-site workers, including office staff, Coupang Friends, and logistics center employees.
