DGB Financial Launches 'E.R.R.C Campaign' to Improve Organizational Culture
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] DGB Financial Group announced on the 25th that it will conduct the ‘E.R.R.C Campaign,’ a long-term integrated group project involving all employees of the group companies, until the end of November.
The ERRC campaign is an activity to identify four factors in work: ‘Eliminate,’ ‘Reduce,’ ‘Raise,’ and ‘Create,’ aimed at breaking away from existing practices and unnecessary formalities to improve productivity and foster a vibrant organizational culture.
The purpose is to spread a performance culture through improving work methods and to enhance work productivity by improving group communication. Additionally, by creating a work-life balance environment, it aims to increase job satisfaction and build a sustainable ‘One DGB’ corporate culture.
During the campaign period, employee improvement suggestions will be continuously collected, and ideas will be evaluated and selected according to the unique corporate culture of each affiliate to carry out improvement activities. After the campaign ends, realized ideas will be rewarded, and unimplemented work proposals will be reconsidered.
