The iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award are globally prestigious design competitions organized by the German International Design Forum and the North Rhine-Westphalia Design Center, respectively. Along with the American IDEA and Japan’s Good Design Award, they are considered among the world’s top four design awards. Coway has won the iF award for 14 consecutive years and the Red Dot award for 15 consecutive years.
The Coway Noble air purifier (AP-2021A) features a sculptural design inspired by architecture, emphasizing spatial aesthetics. It applies a simple straight-line structured square tower design to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
The ‘Air Popup’ function, which allows changing the direction of airflow as desired, and the 4D (four-dimensional) three-dimensional purification system that intakes air from all four sides also received excellent evaluations. The movement of the air popup section at the top of the product intuitively visualizes the airflow and enhances indoor air quality management efficiency. Additionally, Coway explained that hygiene inside the product is reinforced with UVC LED (ultraviolet light-emitting diode).
