Yongsan-gu (District Mayor Seong Cheong-jang) sent congratulatory cards to 1,734 young people aged 19, registered as residents in the district, on the occasion of Coming-of-Age Day (the third Monday of May every year) on the 17th.
The card contained congratulatory messages personally written by the district mayor, and on the back of the card, a QR code was included to allow recipients to watch a cheering video from the mayor.
