Miryang-si, Recruiting Childcare Providers for Second Half of the Year ... From 27th to Next Month 8th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Miryang City, Gyeongnam Province announced on the 14th that it will recruit childcare workers from the 27th to June 8th due to the expansion of the childcare service copayment support project and special COVID-19 support.
Anyone residing in the jurisdiction can apply to be a childcare worker. Applications can be submitted through the childcare service website or by visiting the Miryang City Healthy Family Multicultural Family Support Center.
The service provider will select candidates through document screening, aptitude and personality tests, and interviews. Selected candidates will complete an 80-hour training course from July 5th to July 16th, followed by on-site practice before final hiring.
Hired childcare workers will be responsible for temporary care, play activities, and safety management for children aged over 3 months and under 12 years. According to the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family guidelines, wages of 8,730 KRW per hour, weekly holiday allowances, and night/holiday work allowances will be provided.
