Good Neighbors-Papa Recipe, Social Contribution Agreement to Advocate for the Rights of Underprivileged Children and Adolescents
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Global child rights specialized NGO Good Neighbors announced on the 11th that it will sign a social contribution business agreement online on the 12th with ABTASIA, a beauty health company, and its nature-friendly skincare brand Paparecipe (CEO Kim Hangyun) to advocate for the rights of underprivileged children and adolescents.
Based on the business agreement, the two organizations plan to carry out the 'Good Recipe Box' project worth about 20 million KRW, providing customized skincare support for 210 children and adolescents nationwide.
The 'Good Recipe Box' project helps children and adolescents who cannot purchase skincare products suitable for their skin due to economic difficulties and skin conditions such as skin troubles and atopy, by allowing them to directly choose the basic cosmetics they want.
In addition, Paparecipe plans to donate a portion of its profits to Good Neighbors to support children from crisis families in Korea.
Good Neighbors and Paparecipe have been strengthening their partnership and promoting social contribution projects, starting with emergency relief supplies support for COVID-19.
In particular, last year, the 'Good Recipe Box' project was conducted for 76 elementary, middle, and high school students in Gangwon Province, receiving great response from the local community as a user-demand-based project.
Kim Woongcheol, Secretary General of the social welfare corporation Good Neighbors, said, "We deeply appreciate Paparecipe for promising customized kits that consider and care for the individual characteristics of each child," and added, "We will do our best to help children grow up healthier through the Good Recipe Box project."
