On the 10th, Kolmar Holdings held a 'Declaration Ceremony for Strengthening the Compliance Program (CP)' at the Comprehensive Technology Institute located in Naegok-dong, Seoul. The CP is an internal compliance system established and operated autonomously, including education and supervision, to voluntarily comply with various laws related to the company's operations.
At the event, Kim Byung-mook, CEO of Kolmar Holdings, declared the strengthening of the CP, stating, "Through compliance and ethical management, we aim to become a model company loved by customers, employees, shareholders, and society." He added, "Based on ethical values, we will adhere to principles and basics to handle tasks transparently, and all employees will work together to ensure that compliance and ethical management mature into an organizational culture."
Kolmar Holdings appointed Jeon Kang-jin, Head of the Compliance Support Office (Vice President), as the Compliance Officer. The CP team under the Compliance Support Office will support the Compliance Officer and plans to strengthen compliance and ethical management across the entire group.
