Gyeongnam Office of Education Delivers to Food-Insecure Children and Low-Income Families in Changwon Area
Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education is receiving agricultural product packages from the Gyeongnam New Farmers Association and Gyeongnam Nonghyup to be delivered to children in need and low-income families in the Changwon area.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] On the 10th, the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education received a donation of 300 boxes of agricultural product packages (worth 15 million KRW) from the Gyeongnam Saenongmin Association and Gyeongnam Nonghyup, to be delivered to children in the Changwon area who are food-insecure and from low-income families.
The agricultural product packages consist of 11 items, including agricultural products directly produced by members of the Gyeongnam Saenongmin Association, and are delivered from the Miryang Nonghyup APC Center (Agricultural Product Distribution Center) to each student's home.
Je Seung-ho, president of the Gyeongnam Saenongmin Association, stated, “We will continue to promote social contribution activities for vulnerable groups.”
Yoon Hae-jin, head of the Gyeongnam Nonghyup headquarters, said, “We will engage in various activities for the development of agriculture and rural areas and the welfare of local communities together with farmer organizations.”
