Jindo-gun Offers Free Hepatitis Testing for Residents Aged 40 and Over

Residents who wish to undergo hepatitis testing can visit the clinical laboratory on the first floor of Jindo County Health Center with their ID to receive the test free of charge.
In particular, after the test, follow-up care is provided, including referrals to hospitals and clinics for those with positive findings and registration as national liver cancer screening candidates with the National Health Insurance Service to receive detailed examinations.
Additionally, those who have not developed hepatitis B antibodies are guided to receive vaccinations, and high-risk groups for liver cancer will be offered various health care services to improve health behaviors such as dietary habits and personal hygiene management.
