Rain is expected from morning to daytime in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, the eastern inland of Jeonnam, Gyeongbuk, and the western inland of Gyeongnam.
The rain clouds will stay in one area for a short time of 1 to 2 hours, and the amount of rainfall will not be heavy, but in the areas where rain falls, sudden gusts of wind, thunder and lightning, and hail are expected, causing noisy rain.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 10 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Yeongseo, and around 5 mm in Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, the eastern inland of Jeonnam, Gyeongbuk, the western inland of Gyeongnam, and the five islands in the West Sea.
The Korea Meteorological Administration analyzed that yellow dust carried by northwesterly winds will also affect the country from today through the day after tomorrow.
The morning low temperature is forecast to be between 7 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 16 and 26 degrees Celsius. Winds will blow very strongly over the East Sea and West Sea, and waves will be high, so ships navigating or fishing should be cautious.
