Gwangju City and AI Industry Convergence Project Group Recruit Participants for Startup Competition
Evaluation of AI Technology-Based Startup and Commercialization Plans in Four Key Regional Industries
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Artificial Intelligence Industry Convergence Project Group announced on the 30th that they will recruit participants for the AI Startup Competition by the 28th of next month as part of the 'AI-Centered Industrial Convergence Cluster Development Project.'
The competition evaluates the technological achievements and marketability of AI technology-based startup and commercialization plans in key regional industries such as automobiles, energy, healthcare, and other fields.
The judging process selects 30 teams through preliminary document screening, then chooses the final 10 teams through main round presentation screening and final presentation screening.
Selected teams will receive support funds ranging from 25 million to 100 million KRW for the production of AI prototype services for startups.
Additionally, preference will be given when utilizing AI product and service quality assurance, regulatory resolution consulting, and marketing support programs promoted by the Artificial Intelligence Industry Convergence Project Group.
All participating teams will also receive AI startup education, mentoring, and consulting to strengthen their startup capabilities.
