"Let's Reduce Everyday Plastic Use"… Jang Sang-hyun, CEO of Invest Korea, Joins the 'GoGo Challenge'
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Jang Sang-hyun, CEO of KOTRA Invest Korea, participated in the 'GoGo Challenge,' a campaign to reduce plastic usage in daily life organized by the Ministry of Environment, on the 28th.
The GoGo Challenge is a campaign where participants pledge one thing they will stop doing and one thing they will start doing in their daily lives to reduce plastic use. Participants share their results on social media (SNS) and nominate the next participant, continuing the relay.
CEO Jang shared his GoGo Challenge participation results on the KOTRA Invest Korea website and LinkedIn, nominating the Korea offices of foreign chambers of commerce and foreign-invested companies as the next participants.
KOTRA Invest Korea is leading efforts to expand investment attraction in eco-friendly sectors such as wind energy and hydrogen charging based on the Green New Deal policy. CEO Jang stated, "In addition to attracting investment in eco-friendly sectors, we will promote Korea's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) system to foreign investors and support the realization of social value through foreign investment."
