Incheon Urban Corporation to Hire 30 New Employees in First Half of Year... Application Deadline Until Morning of 28th
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Urban Corporation (iH Corporation) is currently conducting an open recruitment for new employees to attract outstanding talent and alleviate youth unemployment, accepting applications until 10 a.m. on the 28th.
The recruitment fields include 11 office positions (general, accounting, legal), 18 technical positions (civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, electrical, environmental, telecommunications, computer science, mechanical, cadastral), and 1 operations position, totaling 30 people.
In particular, 16 of the total recruits, accounting for 53%, will be hired as local talents.
Eligibility requires that, as of the announcement date, the applicant's registered address on their resident registration must have continuously been in Incheon City for at least one year prior to the final exam date, or the total period of having a registered address in Incheon City before the announcement date must sum to at least three years.
The corporation selects new employees through a job basic competency evaluation based on NCS (National Competency Standards) and a blind recruitment process. The written exam is scheduled for the 2nd of next month, followed by personality tests and interviews, with appointments made in June.
