NH Investment & Securities Relocates Headquarters to Yeouido Park One NH Financial Tower
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] NH Investment & Securities announced on the 26th that it has relocated its headquarters to Park One NH Financial Tower (Tower 2) in Yeouido, Seoul.
Starting with the relocation of the Information Technology (IT) division on the 19th of last month, NH Investment & Securities completed the move in five phases by the 19th. Administrative procedures such as registration of the headquarters relocation and finalizing tasks were carried out last week.
The NH Investment & Securities headquarters occupies floors 2 through 18 of Park One Tower 2. The 2nd floor houses the Sales Finance Center and NH Nonghyup Bank. The total leased area is approximately 17,400 pyeong.
This relocation marks the first move in 16 years since moving into the old NH Investment & Securities Building (60 Yeouidaero). Until now, the headquarters' departments were scattered across multiple buildings. By consolidating into one location, the company plans to improve work efficiency.
An NH Investment & Securities official emphasized, "We are starting anew at Park One, which is gaining attention as the new center of Yeouido," and added, "We will strive even harder to solidify our position as a leading securities firm."
