Hanatech Acquires Two Patents Related to Display Glass Processing Technology
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Technology announced on the 21st that it has acquired two patents: one for a glass edge processing method and device used in display glass (UTG), and another for a glass edge processing method and device using a high-frequency induction heater.
The patent utilizing the high-frequency induction heater is a new method that can remove glass edges in strip form without dust. The patent for the glass substrate edge processing method involves moving a heated member in contact with the edge of a cooled glass substrate to cut the edge of the glass substrate.
