New Executive Vice Chairman Kim passed the 10th Legislative High Examination and has served in key positions including Legislative Investigator of the National Assembly's Budget and Economy Committee, Specialist of the Planning and Finance Committee, Senior Specialist of the Steering Committee, and Secretary-General of the National Assembly. He is an expert in law and policy.
Vice Chairman Kim stated, "I am well aware that specialty contractors directly responsible for construction are currently facing many difficulties," and added, "I will do my best to develop policies and improve related systems to promptly alleviate the management burdens of specialty contractors so that they can have hope and focus on their livelihoods."
