According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 15th, rain will fall in most areas nationwide on the 16th, except for the southern part of Jeollanam-do and Jeju Island. There will be places, mainly in the central region, experiencing gusts of wind along with thunder and lightning.
Additionally, the wind will strengthen along with the rain, making the perceived temperature colder than today.
The morning low temperatures by region are Seoul 9°C, Chuncheon 6°C, Gangneung 10°C, Daejeon 8°C, Cheongju 8°C, Daegu 7°C, Gwangju 10°C, Jeonju 10°C, Busan 11°C, Jeju 13°C, Ulleungdo and Dokdo 10°C.
The daytime high temperatures are Seoul 16°C, Chuncheon 15°C, Gangneung 19°C, Daejeon 16°C, Cheongju 17°C, Daegu 19°C, Gwangju 18°C, Jeonju 17°C, Busan 18°C, Jeju 20°C, Ulleungdo and Dokdo 16°C.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'normal' nationwide. However, due to the influence of yellow dust, levels are forecasted to temporarily reach 'bad' in the afternoon.

A Korea Meteorological Administration official urged, "To prevent damage caused by strong winds and gusts, please thoroughly inspect and prepare for safety accidents in advance by checking outdoor facilities such as screening clinics, construction sites, vinyl greenhouses, traffic lights, and hazardous elements like falling objects and signboards that may be blown by the wind."
