Participation in the 2030 Zero-Emission Vehicle Transition 100 Declaration Ceremony
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 14th that it participated in the '2030 Zero-Emission Vehicle Transition 100' declaration ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Environment.
The 2030 Zero-Emission Vehicle Transition 100 is a project in which private companies publicly declare to convert 100% of their owned or leased vehicles to zero-emission electric and hydrogen vehicles by 2030. KB Kookmin Bank plans to gradually increase the proportion of zero-emission vehicles every year starting with this declaration.

As part of its eco-friendly management, KB Kookmin Bank piloted electric vehicle charging services in branch parking spaces in August last year. Additionally, since introducing electric vehicles for business use in 2019, the bank currently operates a total of 20 vehicles. A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, “Taking this declaration ceremony as an opportunity, we will carry out carbon reduction activities such as transitioning to zero-emission vehicles with greater responsibility and commitment for future generations.”
