[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] Gangneung City will conduct a special hygiene inspection and focus on compliance with infectious disease prevention rules at restaurants and buffet businesses near construction sites until the 16th.
According to the city on the 14th, the main inspection items are ▲operator compliance ▲food handling standards such as expiration dates ▲storage conditions of ingredients ▲social distancing and other quarantine rules.
