In April last year, Korea Eximbank also donated 457.5 million KRW to the Fruit of Love. On the afternoon of the same day, Bank President Bang Moon-kyu met Kim Sang-gyun, Secretary General of the Fruit of Love, at the Korea Eximbank headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, to deliver the donation.

The donation will be used for 84 projects supporting marginalized groups such as multicultural families, North Korean defectors, and people with disabilities. After delivering the donation, President Bang said, “The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has further increased difficulties for marginalized groups in our society,” adding, “We will continue to pay close attention to Korea Eximbank’s various social responsibilities and do our best for the socially vulnerable.”
