Gwangju Urban Railway Corporation Announces Open Recruitment for 14 New Public Service Employees
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation announced on the 5th that it will publicly recruit 14 new public service employees to improve urban railway services and create local jobs.
The number of recruits by field is 6 station staff (5 general, 1 employment support), 7 cleaning staff (5 general, 1 disabled, 1 North Korean defector), and 1 facility staff.
Applicants must have their registered address in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of the announcement date (April 2, 2021) or have been registered in Gwangju Metropolitan City for more than 3 years before the announcement date, be between 18 and 60 years old, and there are no educational restrictions.
The selection process includes a written test, document screening, personality test, and interview, followed by a physical examination and disqualification check to determine the final successful candidates. A 'blind recruitment' method is applied, excluding discriminatory factors such as education and age in the application and interview stages.
Applications will be accepted from the 19th to the 23rd on the Gwangju public institution integrated recruitment application website. The written test will be held on the 8th of next month, and the final successful candidates will be announced on June 11.
