[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 24th that it conducted the 'KB Good Job Employment School 11th Session' over two days starting from the 22nd, targeting about 120 third-year students preparing for employment from specialized high schools nationwide, recommended by the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the KB Financial Public Welfare Foundation.
A total of over 1,000 specialized high school students preparing for employment have participated in the KB Good Job Employment School program over 10 sessions. Based on a one-stop employment education program, it has provided a milestone for employment success and received great responses from specialized high school students and teachers.
Participants of the 11th session of the KB Good Job Employment School received essential employment courses through an online employment camp, including untact recruitment processes, employment success strategies, resume consulting, and video and AI mock interviews. Even after the camp ends, they will enjoy various benefits such as one-on-one customized employment consulting with dedicated consultants, regular career counseling, and employment matching with excellent companies for about six months until the end of September.
A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, “Due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, we converted the KB Good Job Employment School program to an online format,” and added, “We will support specialized high school students preparing for employment in various ways so that they can take the first step toward stable employment success while preparing for a better tomorrow.”
