Yeonggwang-gun, ‘Individual and Collective Housing Prices’ Available for Review Until the 7th of Next Month
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Junsung) announced on the 18th that from the 19th of this month to the 7th of next month, it will operate a viewing and opinion submission period for the verified prices of 7,278 individual houses and 7,240 apartment units subject to public announcement based on the 2021 standard.
Earlier, the county identified the houses to be surveyed starting from October last year, conducted a focused investigation on housing characteristics in January, completed the related housing price calculation, and finalized the verification of the calculated prices by the Korea Real Estate Board this month.
Individual house price viewing is available on the county website, the county finance department, and the town and township offices. After viewing, homeowners or stakeholders with opinions can submit their opinions directly by visiting, or by mail or FAX within the opinion submission period.
For the house prices on which opinions are submitted, the Korea Real Estate Board will re-investigate the appropriateness of housing characteristics and price calculation, and notify the results by the 21st of next month.
A county official said, “We ask that the opinion submission application actively utilize non-face-to-face online reception methods as part of social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
