Jin Joong-kwon: "Supporting Yoon Seok-yeol? My only plan is to go on a trip"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hana Na] Amid media reports that former Dongyang University professor Jin Joong-kwon plans to provide indirect support to former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, who may enter politics, Jin said, "My plan is just to go on a trip..."
On the night of the 6th, Jin shared a TV Chosun news article titled "Yoon Seok-yeol met with a prominent anti-Moon ruling party politician just before his resignation" on Facebook, expressing this view.
The article shared by Jin reported that former Prosecutor General Yoon was confirmed to have met with a prominent ruling party politician with an anti-Moon (反文) stance before his resignation. It also mentioned that Jin and the co-authors of "A Country Never Experienced Before," nicknamed the "Cho Kuk Black Book," were reportedly planning to provide indirect support to Yoon.
In response, Jin clarified that he has no plans to support Yoon indirectly and said, "I want to go to Jeju Island for about a week."
Additionally, Jin speculated in the comments that the "prominent anti-Moon ruling party politician" mentioned in the report might be former Bareunmirae Party leader Sohn Hak-kyu or former New Politics Alliance for Democracy leader Kim Han-gil.
