Jeonnam Governor Kim Young-rok Visits and Encourages Jangheung New Office of Jeonnam Fire Headquarters
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Kim Young-rok, Governor of Jeonnam Province, visited the new Jeonnam Fire Headquarters building in Jangheung to encourage firefighters who are working hard for the safety of the residents.
According to the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters on the 2nd, Governor Kim's visit was arranged to check the situation regarding fire force support for nursing hospitals related to COVID-19 vaccinations that began on the 26th of last month and to encourage firefighters who are striving for disaster response in the province.
Governor Kim received a briefing on the new building and current tasks in the Fire Headquarters video conference room, then visited the 119 comprehensive situation room and various offices in turn to encourage the staff.
Governor Kim said, “I thank the dedicated efforts of the firefighting family who strive to become a trusted and honorable Jeonnam Fire Department for the residents,” and added, “With the beginning of the Jangheung new building era, I hope Jeonnam Fire Department will become even better.”
