View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) held the 102nd March 1st Independence Movement Day Patriotism Commemoration Ceremony at 11 a.m. on March 1st in the underground auditorium of Jungnang-gu Office.
Co-hosted with the Liberation Association Jungnang-gu Branch (President Im Byung-guk), the ceremony was attended by a small number of people including Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi of Jungnang-gu, members of the National Assembly, the district council chairman, city and district council members, and local residents, adhering to quarantine guidelines and conducted in a short time.
The ceremony proceeded in the order of reading the Declaration of Independence by representatives from various sectors, commemorative speeches, a March 1st song performed by students from Jungnang-gu, the Korean independence cheer song "Daehan Doknip Manse" sung by singer Joella, the public relations ambassador of Jungnang-gu, followed by three cheers of "Manse".
It was meaningfully prepared as a moment to honor the noble spirit of the independence movement, continue the spirit of patriotism, and pledge together with the residents to wish for the end of COVID-19.
