The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Daytime temperatures will range from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, making it mild, but the East Coast region will be somewhat cool with temperatures around 10 degrees."
However, the atmosphere will be very dry, and strong winds are expected in some areas.
Dryness warnings have been issued for the Seoul metropolitan area, inland Chungcheong region, Yeongseo area of Gangwon, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, where the effective humidity is forecasted to be below 35%.
Also, strong wind advisories have been issued for Jeju Island, the southern coast of Jeonnam, and the coastal areas of Gyeongsang, where strong winds will continue until tomorrow.
In the Yeongdong area of Gangwon, light rain or snow is expected until around 9 a.m.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 2°C △Chuncheon -1°C △Gangneung 3°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 1°C △Daegu 5°C △Gwangju 1°C △Jeonju 2°C △Busan 6°C △Jeju 9°C.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be △Seoul 16°C △Chuncheon 13°C △Gangneung 9°C △Daejeon 13°C △Cheongju 12°C △Daegu 11°C △Gwangju 14°C △Jeonju 15°C △Busan 10°C △Jeju 13°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' across all regions.
