Winia Dimchae Launches 'Design Electric Kettle' Targeting MZ Generation
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Winia Dimchae announced on the 23rd that it will launch an electric kettle targeted at the MZ generation (Millennials and Generation Z) that allows users to customize the exterior design themselves.
This product, which has a handle on the top of the lid like a regular kettle, features a sophisticated design with simple lines and a symmetrical structure, and expresses the royal green color with a matte texture. The interior material of the kettle is SUS304 stainless steel, and its capacity is 700ml.
The Winia electric kettle is a product that allows users to complete the design by attaching graphic stickers to the exterior. Winia collaborated with 'Eomji,' an illustrator popular among the MZ generation, to produce graphic stickers. Illustrator Eomji created over 60 stickers in four designs based on Winia's slogan 'MAKE IT EASY' and Korean-themed items such as K-POP and K-Culture that overseas consumers can also enjoy.
Winia explained that the controller, which is the temperature control device of the electric kettle, is a product from the UK company Strix, known for its durability and stability. The temperature can be controlled in 1-degree increments, and it also supports a maximum 2-hour keep-warm function.
