[Today’s Weather] Nationwide Cold Wave Warning... Morning Temperatures Plummet

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) stated, "The whole country will be mostly clear, but clouds will increase from midday."
According to the KMA, the morning temperature will drop sharply by more than 10 degrees compared to the previous day.
Cold wave warnings have been issued for the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, Jeonbuk, western Jeonnam, northern Gyeongbuk, and inland western Gyeongnam.
Also, until 3 PM, there will be rain or snow in Ulleungdo and Dokdo.
The morning low temperatures are △ Seoul -5°C △ Chuncheon -7°C △ Gangneung -1°C △ Daejeon -5°C △ Cheongju -4°C △ Daegu -2°C △ Gwangju -3°C △ Jeonju -4°C △ Busan 1°C △ Jeju 3°C.
The daytime high temperatures are △ Seoul 5°C △ Chuncheon 7°C △ Gangneung 8°C △ Daejeon 7°C △ Cheongju 6°C △ Daegu 9°C △ Gwangju 8°C △ Jeonju 7°C △ Busan 12°C △ Jeju 9°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions.
