Jungjinkong Strengthens 'Webinar Training' for Real-Time Communication
Real-Time Non-Face-to-Face Communication Possible
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 22nd that it will strengthen webinar-style training that enables real-time communication non-face-to-face to improve the job skills of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the 'With Corona era.'
SBC is responding quickly to the diverse educational demands of SMEs in a situation where group training has become difficult due to the spread of COVID-19 and social distancing. Last year, it newly launched and operated an online live training channel called 'KOSME-LIVE' and is expanding online content such as smart factory training.
In the first quarter of this year, to strengthen SMEs' capabilities to respond to the 4th Industrial Revolution, SBC will conduct ▲smart factory training (12 courses) ▲technology quality training (32 courses) ▲production quality training (10 courses). The training courses will be operated in a non-face-to-face manner, such as webinar training or a combination of e-learning and webinars.
Applications for training participation and detailed information can be found on the SBC Small and Medium Business Training Center website. In addition, most of the training is free to increase accessibility and participation of SME employees.
