Yangcheon Cultural Foundation Holds 'Grand Popera & Musical New Year Concert'

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon Cultural Foundation (Chairman Kim Soo-young) will hold the ‘Grand Popera & Musical New Year Concert’ at Yangcheon Cultural Center on the 20th.
Countertenor Louis Choi, who moves between classical and fusion, musical actor Sonya with a soulful voice, baritone Jung Jin-won with a deep tone, and Ensemble Friends and Ensemble Kids will perform, presenting a show composed of famous musical numbers.
The concert will feature famous musical numbers from musicals such as ‘Mamma Mia!’, ‘All Shook Up’, ‘Jekyll & Hyde’, and ‘Frozen’, as well as Christmas songs and popera performances that could not be enjoyed last year due to COVID-19.
In particular, the performance by Ensemble Kids, composed of children, is expected to be a show that the whole family can enjoy.
This performance was planned to relieve the cultural thirst of Yangcheon residents who have been unable to enjoy cultural life due to COVID-19. Tickets can be purchased through the Interpark Ticket website (or by phone) and on-site. Tickets, originally priced at 50,000 KRW for R seats and 30,000 KRW for S seats, are available at a 70% discount for Yangcheon residents, and a 50% discount is offered to students (up to university level), persons with disabilities, and national veterans.
