DL E&C to Start Subscription for ePyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue on the 15th
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] DL E&C (formerly Daelim Industrial) announced on the 10th that it will conduct special supply subscription applications for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’ on the 15th.
e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue is located in Block A28 of Yeongjong International City, Incheon, consisting of 16 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 29, with exclusive areas of 84 and 98㎡, totaling 1,409 households. Among these, the special supply units include △129 households for first-time homebuyers, △172 households for newlyweds, △140 households for multi-child families, and △42 households for elderly parent support.
This complex received sales approval before the enforcement of the amended Housing Act starting on the 19th, so it is not subject to the mandatory residence period (up to 5 years). The resale period is 3 years according to relevant laws, but due to the short construction period, the move-in time is fast, and resale is possible once the ownership transfer registration is completed.
e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue is an apartment located in a large-scale land development district (Yeongjong International City), where 50% of the supply units are preferentially supplied to residents of Incheon, the housing construction area, as of the announcement date of the resident recruitment, and the remaining 50% are supplied to residents of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province.

The complex will proceed with special supply subscription on the 15th, first priority on the 16th, and second priority on the 17th. The announcement of winners will be on the 23rd, and the official contract period will be held for 7 days from March 8 to 14. Move-in is scheduled for March 2023.
