View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 9th that it held a joint strategy meeting (via video conference) between headquarters and branch offices to promote the government’s announced ‘Public-led 3080+, Drastic Expansion Plan for Housing Supply in Metropolitan Areas (2·4 Plan).’
This meeting was organized to establish an organic collaboration system among headquarters and branch organizations and personnel, and to explore detailed implementation plans for policies, as LH’s role in expanding urban housing supply, including the ‘Urban Public Housing Complex Project’ and ‘Public Direct Implementation Redevelopment Project,’ has been further strengthened.
The meeting focused on sharing policy overviews and key points, as well as △seeking promotion directions and response strategies for each task △deriving collaborative tasks by department △and discussing institutional improvement measures. Based on this kick-off meeting, LH plans to establish a timely housing supply foundation within urban areas and actively contribute to national housing stability.
