NS Home Shopping Signs Business Agreement for Live Commerce with Starin TV

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] NS Home Shopping announced on the 9th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Stein TV Entertainment (Stein TV) regarding the planning and production of live commerce content and the supply of show hosts. The signing ceremony was attended by Jung Yoo-chan, head of NS Home Shopping's Live Commerce Division, and Ahn Sung-ho, CEO of Stein TV, among others.
NS Home Shopping and Stein TV plan to jointly promote tasks such as ▲planning and producing live commerce content ▲selling products through live commerce ▲supplying live commerce influencers. To this end, NS Home Shopping will support overall marketing, advertising, and promotion for the joint business, while Stein TV will be responsible for content and influencer supply.
Earlier this year, NS Home Shopping established a Live Commerce Division and began full-scale business expansion. The company plans to secure market competitiveness with differentiated content and products through collaboration with media commerce specialized companies.
