KT Telecop Appoints Jang Ji-ho as New CEO

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Security specialist company KT Telecop announced on the 8th that it held a general shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting and appointed former KT DS Vice President Jang Ji-ho as the new CEO.
CEO Jang Ji-ho joined KT in 1993 and served as Network Operations Manager at the Network Quality Headquarters, Gwanghwamun Branch Manager, and Head of KT ENS Management Planning Office. In 2015, he moved to KT DS and served as General Manager of Business Planning until earlier this year. He is a professional manager with extensive experience across the KT Group. KT Telecop introduced that CEO Jang was appointed as the new CEO in recognition of his rich practical experience and management capabilities within the KT Group.
In his inaugural speech, CEO Jang said, "We will make KT Telecop a customer-centric platform security company," adding, "As a platform security company that prioritizes customers, we plan to utilize intelligent video analysis, video monitoring, and cloud storage to deliver new customer value."
