Among the 8 new confirmed cases, one was classified as a contact related to an office in Buk-gu (Gyeongbuk organization) and tested positive after screening. The cumulative number of confirmed cases related to this organization in Daegu has increased to 6.
Two others were confirmed positive after visiting relatives' homes in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and another three are related to a confirmed case on the 27th. The infection routes of the remaining two are unknown.
