This campaign, initiated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, is conducted by nominating the next three participants in order to raise social awareness about traffic safety in school zones and to build national consensus on preventing traffic accidents.
Governor Kim San, who was nominated by Yeongam County Governor Jeon Dong-pyeong, participated by holding a sign with the slogan "Stop at 1 step, look both ways at 2 sides, wait for 3 seconds, prevent 4 dangers" and taking a photo.
Governor Kim said, "Small attention and practice in daily life, such as observing safe speed limits, are the most important," and added, "We will strive to establish a traffic culture that prioritizes children's safety."
