The Korea Forest Welfare Institute announced on the 28th that from February 11 to 14, the indoor facilities of the National Sky Forest Memorial in Sujae, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do will be closed, and the visiting time for the outdoor arboretum will be limited to one hour.
Instead of fully operating the Sky Forest Memorial, the Forest Welfare Institute will run a virtual memorial hall through the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s ‘E-Sky Funeral Information System’ and the National Sky Forest Memorial website for non-face-to-face memorial services.
Additionally, a memorial tree inspection service will be provided through the memorial center and email.
