The Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that at around 10:55 a.m. that day, they arrested Mr. A on suspicion of stabbing his younger sister in a residential area of Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and are currently investigating.
Police and fire authorities who responded to the scene following a passerby's report transported the bleeding woman to the hospital. The woman is reported to be in critical condition.
Before losing consciousness, the woman reportedly stated, "My biological older brother stabbed me."
