GS Home Shopping, the first home shopping company in Korea, offers consumers a convenient shopping experience through various channels such as TV, internet, and mobile under the GS Shop brand. Recently, it has also taken the lead in 'Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)' management. GS Home Shopping received an excellent 'A grade' in the '2020 ESG Evaluation and Rating Announcement of Listed Companies' released by the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS).
In January last year, GS Home Shopping introduced water ice packs and paper cooling boxes for refrigerated and frozen foods on TV home shopping. The water-filled ice packs, replacing synthetic gel cooling agents, were used more than 440,000 times in the first half of last year alone.

They are also actively adopting eco-friendly packaging. Starting with areas that can be quickly applied in the 'must-environmental' era, such as delivering products in reusable pouches (travel bags) or using 'finger boxes' that do not use tape at all, they are gradually switching to eco-friendly packaging materials.
