Lotte Department Store to Host 'Seol Special Live Broadcast' for 2 Weeks on Online Mall

Lotte Department Store announced on the 25th that it will hold the main sales of Lunar New Year gift sets at the department store mall within the online shopping mall 'Lotte ON' until the 4th of next month, and will present 'Live Catalog,' 'Lunar New Year Special Live Broadcast,' among other events. Earlier, from the 7th to the 20th, pre-order sales of Lunar New Year gift sets at the department store mall increased by 67% compared to the same period last year, gaining popularity, and they aim to expand sales by capitalizing on this momentum.
First, on the 26th, Lotte Department Store will release a live catalog in video format featuring a special gift collection on its app. It was produced to introduce representative Lunar New Year gift set products more vividly to customers who cannot visit stores due to social distancing. Noting that many customers watch the videos even after the live broadcast to view the products in detail, they created videos gathering representative products from each category such as Korean beef, fresh produce, health & liquor, and agricultural products, and made it easy to purchase through product links.
From the 25th for two weeks, the 'Lunar New Year Special Live Broadcast' will be held through '100LIVE,' the live commerce channel of Lotte Department Store Mall within Lotte ON, selling a variety of gift products ranging from top brands in each category such as Sulwhasoo, CheongKwanJang, and Cenovis to fresh gift sets like Korean beef, fresh produce, and dried yellow corvina. The Lunar New Year special broadcast will be conducted about 90 times, roughly three times more than the last Chuseok broadcast. Additionally, the number of products sold at specially reduced prices on the broadcast day will be increased, and customer benefits such as extra discount coupons will be enhanced.
As a representative broadcast, on the 25th at 2 p.m., Sulwhasoo's 'Seol Jaum 2-piece set,' the top-selling holiday cosmetics product, will be offered with an additional 10% discount coupon and up to 20,000 L.POINT reward points.
