Sancheong-gun Invests 5 Billion KRW Over 2 Years for Projects and Completion in 10 Villages

The county promoted the village development project in a total of 10 villages over two years from 2019 to 2020, with a project budget of 500 million KRW per village.
The villages where the village development project was completed have created a pleasant residential environment and communication spaces, which are expected to enhance residents' residential welfare and life satisfaction.
Major projects included the construction of six village halls (Mukhamaeul in Danseong-myeon, Naewonmaeul in Samjang-myeon, Gochimaeul in Saengbiryang-myeon, Dongsinmaeul in Sicheon-myeon, Mundaemaeul in Sinan-myeon, and Bukchonmaeul in Samjang-myeon).
One village landscape maintenance project (Gyodongmaeul in Danseong-myeon) and three village communal living homes (Galjeonmaeul in Saengcho-myeon, Gwanjeongmaeul in Danseong-myeon, and Yajeongmaeul in Sinan-myeon) were also completed.
The construction of six village halls improved outdated village halls into modern facilities, creating a comfortable environment that is warm in winter and cool in summer.
