'2020 Chuncheon City Tour' Users 92% 'Satisfied'... 'Gugok Waterfall' Popular

According to a recent announcement by Chuncheon City, a satisfaction survey titled "2020 Chuncheon City Tour Satisfaction" was conducted from May 11 to December 21 last year, targeting 1,788 City Tour users. The results showed 77% "very satisfied" and 15% "satisfied" (response rate 42%).
Detailed satisfaction ratings for categories such as "ticket reservation and purchase," "bus facilities and cleanliness," "route," "tour guide," "driver," "fare," and "operating hours" also averaged a high 91%.
Among the City Tour courses, the most satisfying tourist spots were Gugok Waterfall at 21.6%, National Chuncheon Museum at 15%, Cheongpyeongsa Temple at 13.4%, and Kim Yu-jeong Literature Village at 9.4%, in that order.
Regarding reasons for choosing the City Tour, 60% of respondents cited convenient transportation, while 50% learned about the City Tour through internet searches and 25% through recommendations from acquaintances.
The most popular day for using the City Tour was Saturday at 25%, followed by Tuesday at 14% and Sunday at 12%. When asked about the intention to reuse the City Tour, 42% responded "very likely" and 43% "likely."
Based on the survey, the city plans to use the data as a foundation for City Tour operations and to develop differentiated routes by day, extended stay routes, and customized routes.
