5 COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Gyeongnam... 69 Untested at Jinju International Prayer Center (Comprehensive)
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] As of 1:30 PM on the 15th, Gyeongnam Province announced that a total of 5 confirmed cases have occurred, including 3 in Gimhae and 2 in Jinju.
In Gimhae, among the 3 confirmed cases, 2 tested positive after contact with confirmed cases within the province and were classified as cases 1683 and 1686, respectively. One case was classified as 1687, related to contact at an insurance office in Busan.
In Jinju, one confirmed case related to Jinju International Prayer Center and one who had contact with a confirmed case within the province tested positive and were classified as cases 1684 and 1685, respectively. This brings the cumulative confirmed cases related to Jinju International Prayer Center to 66.
Health authorities are conducting tests on a total of 204 visitors to Jinju International Prayer Center, among whom 69 have either not been contacted or have refused testing.
