KAMCO Announces Public Auction of Seized Assets Worth 30.8 Billion KRW
The Ticket Inspection Results Will Be Announced on Thursday, January 21
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KAMCO (Korea Asset Management Corporation) will auction 174 items worth 30.8 billion KRW, including 22 residential buildings such as apartments and houses nationwide, through Onbid over three days from the 18th to the 20th.
The auctioned items are properties entrusted to KAMCO for auction by public institutions such as tax offices and local governments to collect delinquent taxes. This auction includes as many as 85 items priced at 70% or less of the appraised value.
